We are SO pleased to announce that the 13th annual Celebrate Success has officially sold out! Tickets are no longer available for this dinner, fashion show and auction, where attendees will have the opportunity to dig for a one‐carat diamond, sponsored by Diamonds by Passerini. Portland’s own Drew Carney will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the evening. Local boutiques, E.G. Page, Eileen Fisher, Ellington, FlairWalk,  Joy's Uptown Style, Leanna NYC, Mabel and Zora, and Threads Count, will be providing the in‐season styles for the show. Models for the fashion show include successful women from our community along with successful Dress for Success Oregon clients. Come see Fashion Designer and Project Runway Contestant, Becky Ross, strut her stuff on the catwalk for Dress for Success!

The Celebrate Success fashion show will showcase fabulous fashions provided by some of the Portland area’s chicest boutiques.  Here is a rundown of the boutiques participating in this year’s show:

Mabel & Zora:

 When asked why supporting women on the road to success is important to you, Alice Tang had a simple answer.  “Many years ago, I was at my lowest point in life and did not know how to ask for help.  It was a woman, a complete stranger, who reached out and lifted me.  This humbling experience has inspired me to pay it forward to other women who need resources, encouragement, connections and coaching to stay on the road to success.”

With this passion for helping women, Alice helped launch Women in Insurance and Financial Services Portland Metro Chapter in 2007.  When not acting as the Vice President of The Business Planning Group, she has served as a member of the WIFS National Board since 2010.  With Alice’s leadership and vision, WIFS Portland Metro has become the biggest chapter in the country and was recognized as "Chapter of the year" in 2008.  

Within the community, Alice is known for her passion for helping women grow and become successful financial advisors within the predominately male dominated financial services industry.  Alice was a nominee for 2011 and 2012 Women of Influence Award by Portland Business Journal.  She also serves on the board of CASA for Children (Multnomah and Washington Counties of Oregon).

New to Celebrate Success this year, the Diamond Dig is sure to be a crowd pleaser!  Guests can purchase a ticket (1 for $50 or 3 for $100) for their chance to "Dig" for diamonds! Guests will then receive a trowel and start digging in one of three bins filled with jewelry pouches. Each dig will receive a pouch that has a flashing ring in it - if you receive a clear flashing ring, you are one of five winners for the Diamond Dig!
 
During the live auction, the five recipients of the clear flashing rings will be invited up on stage to find out what they have won. On stage they will be presented with five briefcases; each winner will reach into a bowl to determine the briefcase they have won. Each briefcase will hold a piece of jewelry, a string of pearls, an amethyst ring, a silver and diamond necklace, or the grand prize, a 1 carat Diamond from Lucia Fine Jewelers!
